Hi there 👋

My name is Amy Pope, and I am a Change Coach, Yoga Nidra Meditation Facilitator, and creator of Let’s Shake – a conscious movement mediation.

I have been living in Dubai since 2015 with my husband, along with a grumpy elderly cat, and a very lively rescue cat. After working in the London insurance industry for over 15 years, I moved to Dubai to set up the regional office of an international recruitment agency.


In April 2019, my mother died suddenly from a heart attack, and my life changed forever. During my grief journey, I made many changes to my lifestyle to help me through it. I also learnt many, and developed my own, self-care tools.

Then at the end of 2019 I came to the realisation that my purpose is to help and encourage others to be the best they can be and I studied to become a Certified Life Coach.

I passionately believe in the possibility that everyone can “Become The Change” and am dedicated to enabling people to do exactly that.

Think of me as your partner in growth.

I am also a Certified Meditation Facilitator, specialising in Yoga Nidra offering Group and Private sessions of this powerful mindfulness practice.  

With a passion for Embodiment Practices, I have created my own unique Conscious Movement Meditation called Let’s Shake which are sessions designed to connect the mind, body, and soul.
